Established in year 1974 at Ahmedabad by Jerambhai Patel, Raujibhai Patel, Jagdishbhai Patel, Late Shri Chandubhai Parikh, Late Shri Gordhanbhai Patel and Late Shri Vallabhbhai Patel.

Reconstituted in year 1976 and Head office shifted from Ahmedabad to Junagadh and was handled by Jerambhai Patel.

Started with one crop product certified hybrid Bajara. Again reconstituted in 1984.
